Last winter, we opened the doors of PBF after hours and gathered our neighbourhood together.
This year, we’re setting the table.
Join us for A Winter Supper, the next gathering of the Neighbourhood Club and an evening devoted to good food, good wine and good company.
For one night, we’ll close the Dún Laoghaire shop, light the candles and lay a long table through the heart of PBF. With music playing and the space dressed for winter, we’ll begin with a glass of Champagne before sitting down together for supper.
Our PBF chefs have created a generous menu inspired by the season, showcasing dishes from our new Winter Catering menu. This isn’t Christmas dinner come early; it’s the kind of comforting, generous food we want to eat as the evenings draw in, served around the table and shared with friends and neighbours.
During the evening, our chef will host a turkey carving masterclass, sharing a few tricks of the trade to take home for your own table. Our wine partner will also join us, introducing the wines chosen to accompany the menu, with pairings poured throughout supper.
More than anything, though, this is about gathering. Sitting down together, meeting people from our neighbourhood and spending a lovely evening over food and wine.
And because we never like to send guests home empty-handed, there’ll be a PBF goody bag waiting for you at the end of the night!
