A little about us...

Established in 2009, Poulet Bonne Femme started out from a trailer, travelling from market to market selling their delicious rotisserie chickens from their custom-made food truck. Fast forward to today, we operate 6 concessions in various Avoca locations across Dublin and surrounds, along with a standalone store in Blackrock and Dún Laoghaire. We are always looking for passionate, customer-focused, hands-on, friendly individuals to join the team. Chef - Dún Laoghaire store.

Job description:

We are looking for a hard-working, enthusiastic and customer-friendly individual to join our team at our newest store in Dun Laoghaire. This is a full-time position.

• The right individual must be happy to work in a fast-paced environment, roasting chickens and other delicious meats, preparing fresh salads daily, soup and other accompaniments in the morning and then joining the service team for the busy lunchtime service, making sandwiches and salads, and giving our customers the best possible experience.

  We pride ourselves on making the best quality sandwiches, salads, and products, all made fresh daily. Every product we sell is made from scratch. The successful candidate will work closely with our management team.

  A minimum of 2 years kitchen experience is required for this role.
