A little about us...

Established in 2009, Poulet Bonne Femme started out from a trailer, travelling from market to market selling their delicious rotisserie chickens from their custom-made food truck. Fast forward to today, we operate 6 concessions in various Avoca locations across Dublin and surrounds, along with a standalone store in Blackrock and Dún Laoghaire. We are always looking for passionate, customer-focused, hands-on, friendly individuals to join the team. Assistant Retail Manager - Dún Laoghaire store.

• Job description:

  • Welcoming our customers new and old, and giving the highest level of customer service

  • Ensuring the cafe and shop is set up each day, organised well, overseeing busy service times, making sure customers have a positive in-store experience

  • Working closely with senior management daily to ensure smooth operation

  • Ensuring shelves are stocked at all times, products are presented correctly

  • Overseeing maintenance of standards and cleanliness

  What we are looking for:

  • Food/Retail background

  • HACCP level 2 trained

  • Barista experience

  • Till and cash handling experience

  • Minimum of two years supervisor/team lead experience

  • Fluent English

  • Available over 7 days to complete 40 hours

  • Customer driven and focused

  • Fast learner/ proactive worker

  • Competent employee in all aspects of operation

  • Leadership qualities

  • Ordering and Rostering experience

  • Staff retention and budgeting experience

  • Flexible

  • Drivers’s license (preferable but not essential)

  • Attention to detail and hygiene oriented

  • Employee management ability

  Commis Chef - Dún Laoghaire/Blackrock

  
  We are looking for a hard-working, enthusiastic and customer-friendly individual to join our team at our newest store in Dun Laoghaire. This is a full-time position.

  The right individual must be happy to work in a fast-paced environment, roasting chickens and other delicious meats, preparing fresh salads daily, and soup and other accompaniments in the morning. They will then join the service team for the busy lunchtime service, making sandwiches and salads, and providing our customers with the best possible experience.

  Poulet Bonne Femme was established when it started out trading from Farmers Markets in their custom-made trailer. Fast forward 15 years, and they currently operate 6 concessions in Avoca, along with their flagship stand-alone stores in Blackrock and Dun Laoghaire.

  We pride ourselves on making the best quality sandwiches, salads, and products made fresh daily. Every product we sell is made from scratch. The successful candidate will be working closely with our management team.

  • A minimum of 2 years of kitchen experience is required for this role.

  • Fluent English

  • Available over 7 days to complete 40 hours
