How to order in 3 simple steps

1) Email the team (yours and ours)
Share the menu above with your guests and send your order request to the PBF team, or if you want our guidance on what’s good for a group, just tell us what you’re planning, and we’ll be happy to help you.

2) Share the details
Pop these in your email so we can come back quickly:

• Date + preferred delivery or collection time

• Collection store (Dún Laoghaire or Blackrock) or Delivery Address and time required.

• Headcount (and if it’s lunch, breakfast or an afternoon spread)

• Any dietary needs (veg option, gluten-free, allergies, etc.)

• How would you like it presented? On a platter, or individually wrapped?

• Invoice details (company name, PO number if needed)

3) Confirm and collect
We’ll reply with a suggested menu (or you can confirm your preferred order), finalise quantities, then have everything ready for delivery or collection, neatly packed and labelled for easy sharing.

A note on lead time

The earlier you email, the more we can tailor it. If it’s last-minute, do still reach out. We’ll do our best to make it happen.
